I know everyone is itching for an update. Today I talked with WACAP and currently our paper work is in translation and is expected to be in the judges hands in around 2 weeks. I discussed also more details as far as travel. It sounds as though we will likely be in Yuhzno for the court appearance for less than a week, then moscow for the final papers and kids Visas. This maybe as short as a few days if the timing is right. So a 2 week max stay is very possible. She also seems fairly confident that the end of November could still be a possibility. Finally things are starting to look a little more positive again.
